Nicole attended the University of Central Florida and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2015.

She gained excellent customer service skills through nearly 5 years of service with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, both at their Orlando SeaWorld park and the exclusive Discovery Cove resort park.
