With over 35 years of real estate experience, he has been involved in numerous commercial land transactions that include acquiring hotel sites in the tourist area off International Drive, near the University of Central Florida and in the Lake Mary/Heathrow area. His current office and industrial portfolio consists of approximately 210,000 SF and his retail portfolio consists of approximately 425,000 SF.

Rusty has been directly involved in numerous leasing and sales transactions and many retail development projects both as a landlord representative and tenant representative.
